This role is for a General Manager who will play a critical part in Chipotle's rapid expansion, as the company opens nearly one new restaurant each day. The General Manager will be primarily responsible for leading restaurant operations, building and nurturing teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and hiring to performance management and staff development, using Chipotle's dedicated training tools and resources. They will manage the restaurant's daily operational business, including scheduling, profit and loss (P&L) management, sales forecasting, and maintaining stringent food safety and operational compliance standards. The role demands accountability for the restaurant’s financial success by achieving annual sales goals and managing cash flow effectively.
