This position is full-time and offers a competitive salary range from $55,000 to $77,500 annually, with additional quarterly cash bonuses based on performance and other factors. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate effectively in varying temperature conditions. The General Manager will work a flexible schedule including lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts to lead the team across all operational hours.
