This full-time position offers a competitive base salary estimated between $55,000.00 and $77,500.00, accompanied by quarterly cash bonuses tied to performance metrics and other factors. The General Manager is pivotal to delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of hospitality and ensuring speed, accuracy, and quality of service.

Key responsibilities include managing the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and hiring to training, coaching, and performance management—utilizing Chipotle’s advanced training tools and fostering personal and professional growth within the team. General Managers oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, profit and loss control, sales forecasting, and ensuring the restaurant remains guest-ready and compliant with food safety and operational standards.
