General Manager

The General Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operation and overall management of our restaurants. This leadership position demands hands-on involvement in directing the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards across all facets of the business including food preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory control, and financial accountability. The General Manager is responsible for building strong, motivated teams through effective recruitment, training, and retention strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who can analyze financial data such as Profit and Loss Statements and use this information to make informed decisions that align with the company’s goals. The ability to lead by example, uphold superior product and service quality standards, and address operational challenges proactively is essential. Candidates must have prior experience as a General Manager either within our company or a similar fast-paced restaurant environment, demonstrating effective leadership and operational skills. Computer literacy and the capacity to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization are required.
