As a Restaurant General Manager, you will lead by example, setting the tone for a positive and energetic work environment. Your leadership will focus on recruiting and developing top talent, empowering your team with the Yes I Can attitude, and coaching Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers to achieve peak performance. You will foster communication through regular team huddles and recognize team achievements to create a culture of motivation and success.

You will act as a role model by setting clear expectations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and promptly addressing guest feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels. As the brand champion, you will represent the Krystal name in the local community by engaging in sponsorships, local events, and community relationships to drive sales growth and maximize catering opportunities. You will also lead the implementation of company-wide promotions, product launches, and sampling activities, ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed effectively within the restaurant.

Business planning and financial acumen are essential components of the General Manager position. You will manage sales forecasting, scheduling, inventory control, and cost evaluations while balancing the delivery of a quality employee and guest experience. Monitoring daily business performance, analyzing labor results, and maintaining compliance with brand standards for cleanliness and service will be critical to your success.
