We are actively seeking a General Manager to lead our restaurant to new heights of success. This role is essential in ensuring the overall operation of the restaurant aligns with Barberitos' standards, franchisee expectations, and complies with all relevant laws. This is a full-time position offering a salary of $55,000 per year.

The General Manager will serve as the cornerstone of the restaurant’s leadership, responsible for crafting a positive and dynamic culture centered on guest satisfaction and team development. You will play a pivotal role in hiring, training, and mentoring staff to perform at their best, fostering an environment where employees are motivated and engaged. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising all shifts to guarantee proper staffing levels that meet guest service goals, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy environment by rigorously following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation protocols. As General Manager, you will also be instrumental in executing brand standards, completing operational audits, and driving continuous improvements in productivity, quality, and service.

Moreover, controlling costs is a crucial aspect of this role to maximize restaurant profitability. You will be charged with implementing in-restaurant marketing initiatives, launching new products, and setting and tracking sales goals aligned with the restaurant’s financial targets.
