Crash Champions is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. This full-time regular position is integral to managing the efficiency and productivity of the shop’s operations, from vehicle intake through to delivery. The Operations Manager will be responsible for meeting or exceeding location revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality repairs that comply with company policies and industry standards, including I-Car quality benchmarks. Their responsibilities will include labor assignment, equipment and workforce management, payroll, and staff scheduling while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and back-of-shop PPE guidelines to maintain teammate safety. Additionally, this position involves supporting teammates during busy periods, handling customer interactions, estimating repair costs, and collaborating with parts managers, estimators, and body technicians to keep production on track.

Leadership and talent management are critical elements of the role. The Operations Manager will be entrusted with hiring, coaching, and developing team members, driving performance, and facilitating growth opportunities to maintain a high-performing, motivated workforce. A proficiency with estimating software, specifically CCC ONE Total Repair Software, and a solid knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements are essential for accurate and compliant damage repair assessments. Candidates should possess strong decision-making skills, the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering successful results.

The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $128,700 annually, with potential performance-based bonuses.
