The General Manager role at ClearChoice is a full-time leadership position offering a competitive base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 with additional annual bonus potential. This role embodies the company’s mission to deliver life-changing results for patients through high-quality dental implant services while driving business success. As General Manager, you will lead a high-performing dental implant center generating more than $10 million in annual revenue. Your primary focus will be overseeing the daily operations, managing a multidisciplinary team of 10 to 20 clinical and administrative staff, and aligning business objectives with clinical excellence.

In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the Lead Prosthodontist to ensure seamless integration of patient care and business strategy. Your responsibilities include full P&L ownership—handling budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals. You will optimize operational efficiency through best practices in scheduling, patient flow, and service delivery, ensuring every patient experiences outstanding care. Data-driven leadership is critical, as you will utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient satisfaction, productivity, and growth to make informed decisions and enhance center performance.

Additionally, you will champion marketing efforts, community engagement, and referral partnerships to foster patient acquisition and retention. Maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and OSHA is essential, alongside upholding company standards for quality, safety, and ethical conduct. As a strong advocate for your team, you will cultivate a positive, high-performance culture by providing coaching, training, and career development opportunities. You will also serve as a community ambassador for ClearChoice, bolstering the brand’s reputation and impact locally.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • P&L ownership responsibility
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 8-25 members
  • Strong business acumen including KPI fluency and forecasting
  • Ability to manage both clinical delivery and business performance
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
  • Experience with consultative sales processes preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or healthcare management degree preferred
  • 5-8+ years of progressive leadership experience with documented P&L ownership ($3M+ preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets in a consultative, service-driven environment
  • Direct management of 8-25 person multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong business acumen including KPI fluency, P&L ownership, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Comfort operating in a dual-function environment (clinical delivery plus business performance)
  • Experience managing or participating in a high-ticket consultative sales process preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead all daily operations of a high-performing dental implant center generating $10M+ in annual revenue
  • Oversee 10-20 team members across clinical and administrative functions, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Partner strategically with the Lead Prosthodontist to align exceptional clinical care with strong business performance
  • Manage full P&L responsibility including budgeting, forecasting, and financial optimization to achieve revenue and profitability goals
  • Implement best practices for scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Leverage data-driven insights to monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient satisfaction, productivity, and revenue growth
  • Drive business development through marketing, community engagement, and referral partnerships to grow patient acquisition and retention
  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company standards for quality, ethics, and safety
  • Champion a positive, high-performance culture, providing coaching, training, and career development for all team members
  • Represent ClearChoice in local business and healthcare communities, strengthening brand reputation and community impact
