The position demands a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract manufacturing, adept at managing cross-functional teams and capable of leading complex projects that influence site performance improvements in velocity, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. The role also requires active participation in corporate Benchmark initiatives, Lean Sigma programs, and human development efforts for site personnel. Responsibilities include providing quarterly business and capital investment forecasts, supporting policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with the highest ethical standards.

Job Duties

  • Complete long-range planning in support of corporate goals and objectives
  • manage site to reduce operating cost, increase revenue and exceed customer expectations
  • pursue new customer and business expansion opportunities
  • be responsible for employee discipline and morale
  • support corporate and senior staff in establishing and implementing site policies and procedures
  • provide quarterly business and capital investment forecasts
  • lead management and support staff to improve site performance in velocity, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction
  • support Benchmark initiatives through active site participation in projects, education and training programs, and resource sharing
  • review pricing and cost of current and prospective customers to identify opportunities to reduce overall cost
  • provide leadership and direction in the site's Lean Sigma program to meet corporate goals and increase value stream transformation
  • support human development programs for site team members
