This role is for a General Manager position within Hyatt, a critical leadership role responsible for bringing Hyatt’s purpose to life across multiple stakeholder groups. The General Manager’s responsibilities encompass operational excellence, business strategy development, talent management, and cultural leadership. Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 5 years in hotel management or similar leadership roles
  • proven experience in food & beverage or commercial services operations
  • strong understanding of financial management including budgeting and forecasting
  • exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • knowledge of urban hospitality markets and customer segments
  • proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence
  • commitment to Hyatt’s values and culture
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in dynamic environments
  • authorization to work in the hiring country

Job Qualifications

  • current Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Sales or General Manager preferred
  • food & Beverage or commercial services experience required
  • strong financial and commercial acumen
  • excellent interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including ownership, corporate, management, colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • familiarity with urban markets including leisure, corporate, and group business
  • history of collaboration in building and executing hotel strategies
