Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8+ years in general management or multi-unit leadership roles within upscale, full-service restaurants
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume P&L and operational budgets
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service protocols and beverage programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of experience as a General Manager or multi-unit leader in an upscale, full-service restaurant
  • Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with a hands-on approach to daily operations
  • Deep understanding of high-touch guest service, wine and beverage programming, and fine dining standards
  • Strong business acumen with proven success managing high-volume P&L and cost controls
  • Comfortable navigating complex service models with precision, poise, and presence
  • Experience in polished, high-reputation concepts with a loyal following strongly preferred
