Currently, the company is seeking a Branch Sales Manager for its location in Bossier City, Louisiana. Job Requirements

  • 1+ year sales management and leadership experience
  • 2+ years B2B outside sales experience with a tangible product
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR)
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US
  • This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year sales management and leadership experience
  • 2+ years B2B outside sales experience with a tangible product
  • Industrial distribution experience a plus
  • Operations and/or P&L experience a plus
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills
  • Written and verbal communication including English grammar
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and develop strong performing team players
  • Develop, manage and implement service center sales activities and strategies, account assignment and territory management, sales performance goal achievement, margins
  • Identify and evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities, competitive pressures
  • Recommend and implement actions to maximize sales, increase margins, expand market share
  • Manage own assigned accounts as required
  • Lead team in building value and ongoing relationships with new and existing industrial B2B customers
  • Carry P&L responsibility for the branch
