We are currently hiring for a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager role with a competitive pay range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience. This leadership position is pivotal in driving sales growth, operational excellence, and delivering exceptional guest experiences at our restaurant locations. As an Operating Partner, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and outstanding service. Your leadership will influence every aspect of restaurant operations, from guest interaction to financial management and team development.

Your daily activities will include coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills, driving sales through exceptional service strategies, and actively engaging with guests to ensure memorable dining experiences. You will be expected to manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and EBITDA targets, promote a sense of ownership within your team, and utilize financial analysis to adapt to market trends and optimize restaurant performance.
In addition, you will uphold P.F. Chang's high standards for culinary excellence and professional conduct, leading initiatives that foster teamwork, creativity, and ongoing learning. You will also be responsible for administration related to inventory control, P&L management, and the use of various technology platforms, including POS systems and delivery management tools.

Job Requirements
- Requires progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager is required for external hires
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proven track record of driving sales growth
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals
- Understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and financial control
- General systems proficiency in POS systems and corporate software
Job Qualifications
- Progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Recent prior experience as a General Manager is required for external hires
- Valid driver’s license to perform duties such as shift coverage, liquor license requirements, delivering catering orders, making supply runs, marketing, attending offsite meetings, and travel
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving KPI and EBITDA targets through strategic goal setting and local market expertise
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching individuals at various levels
- Understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods, and financial control (P&L)
- General systems proficiency in POS systems, corporate software, third-party delivery platforms, inventory systems, and reservation systems
- Experience in casual or upscale dining preferred
- Hospitality or business degree preferred
- Culinary and kitchen management experience preferred
