The role of General Manager at Wingstop is a dynamic and pivotal position responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations. Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations

  • maintain quality goals by regularly reviewing product quality and researching new vendors

  • control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
