Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 3 plus years of experience in QSR or fast-casual general management
  • Strong knowledge of P and L management
  • Ability to lead from the floor
  • Comfortable performing operational tasks including grilling and customer service
  • Demonstrated stable work history
  • Willingness to adopt an owner’s perspective in managing the business

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of QSR or fast-casual general manager experience
  • Proven fluency in profit and loss management including food cost, labor percentage, and comparable trends
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple aspects of restaurant operations simultaneously
  • Consistent work history indicating reliability and commitment
  • Owner’s mindset with a focus on detail and accountability
