Your daily responsibilities include managing sales forecasting, profit and loss control, scheduling, and creating business plans that drive restaurant success. You will uphold food safety and compliance standards while ensuring a clean, guest-ready dining environment. This role requires working across various shifts, including lunch, dinner, and weekends, providing leadership whenever the restaurant is open.
