Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field highly preferred
- 2 to 5 years hotel general manager experience required
- experience in full-service hotel operations preferred
- Hilton brand experience highly preferred
- proven ability to lead team and drive financial performance
- strong communication and organizational skills
