Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests
  • Perform quality assurance requirements for property
  • Manage all sources of revenue including rooms, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering
  • Create local and national marketing plans and pricing strategies with sales team
  • Participate actively in sales discussions, meetings and plans
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal ordinances
  • Maintain and improve property standards and guest satisfaction
  • Develop annual budget and capital expenditure plans
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Walk and inspect property regularly to enforce safety and cleanliness
  • Select, train, and direct department supervisors and associates
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations
  • Promote teamwork and high morale among associates
  • Assist in development and implementation of sales and marketing programs
  • Solicit new and repeat business for the hotel
  • Remain highly visible and readily available for guests at all times
  • Ensure proper key control program is in place
  • Support team members to complete daily workload
