Applying strong business and financial acumen, the General Manager monitors budgets, analyzes financial reports, controls costs including labor and goods sold, and implements action plans to meet or exceed annual financial targets. The role also carries the responsibility to oversee entertainment offerings, food and beverage quality, equipment maintenance, and property management to align with company initiatives.

Candidates for this role are expected to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and vendors. In addition, familiarity with health and safety regulations and labor laws specific to the restaurant industry is essential. This role requires the ability to work in fast-paced, noisy environments and weekend, night, and holiday shifts. The General Manager helps maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees while continuously enhancing operational procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $91,348 to $107,468, accompanied by a strong benefits package including health insurance, dental coverage, vision benefits, and disability plans.
