The role available within this franchise is a leadership position responsible for maximizing restaurant sales and profit goals in comparison to budget and previous year performance. Key responsibilities include ensuring that all Wendy's High-Quality Service and Cleanliness (HQSC) standards are met or surpassed, developing team members through effective training and mentorship, and championing the operational systems that define the Wendy's brand. This position requires a hands-on coaching style with a strong capability to lead and direct between 20 and 50 employees daily, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. The successful candidate will also embody a ‘‘beat last year’s sales’’ mentality, striving for continuous improvement and excellence.
