- Restaurant or retail experience with customer service
- College degree or 3 - 4 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to work flexible schedules that may include late nights
- Customer service skills, effective communication, leadership and organizational skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods and travel to bank, other restaurants, and area office
- Reliability is a must

Job Duties
- Work with your team to create a restaurant of choice by providing the best food in a friendly and fast paced environment
- Properly control and monitor your store’s cash, inventory, and equipment
- Manage, empower, and assist your team in achieving organizational goals supporting service excellence
- Set the standard of continuous improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness including monitoring food quality
- Perform human resource duties to maximize employee engagement and retention
- Interview and recommend candidates to achieve proper staffing levels
- Complete all required administrative duties
- Provide A+ training for every employee using established systems
- Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to company and health department standards
