The role of Assistant Club Manager in Training (AMIT) at BJ's Wholesale Club is a pivotal leadership position focused on preparing individuals to assume one of three specialized Assistant Club Manager roles: Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience. The position requires maintaining a valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification and may include obtaining a forklift license and, in certain states like Florida, a qualifier certification for retail propane oversight.
