As a General Manager at Chipotle, you will lead from the front managing restaurant operations on a daily basis. The role requires a dynamic leader who can hire and develop team members, create a positive and winning company culture, and ensure operational excellence to deliver the best guest experience. You will take responsibility for every aspect of your restaurant's financial and operational performance, including recruitment, scheduling, profit and loss management, sales forecasting, and maintaining rigorous food safety and compliance standards. This position involves working a flexible schedule, including lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts, to provide leadership across all operating hours and ensure consistent high standards throughout.
