Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds occasionally including bending and stooping
- Ability to remain on feet and in motion for extended periods
- Ability to perform physical tasks consistently in a fast-paced, high-energy venue
- Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions including heat, cold, and inclement weather
- Ability to communicate clearly in venues with moderate to high background noise
- Ability to remain stationary for desk-based tasks including computer work
- Must be 21 years or older as required by state or local law
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications
Job Qualifications
- 5 plus years of progressive leadership in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-revenue operations including large-scale venues, resorts, or casinos
- 2-5 plus years experience as a General Manager or equivalent with full P&L ownership
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven success in high-volume multi-revenue environments including food, beverage, and events
- Multi-unit or regional leadership experience considered a plus
- Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older as required by law
