Among its offerings is the unique quick-service Fish Bar located along the scenic Mukilteo waterfront at 710 Front Street, positioned in front of the main Ivar's restaurant. Ivar's is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager for the Mukilteo Fish Bar. This full-time role is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead daily operations, foster a positive team environment, and maintain the high standards that Ivar's customers expect. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including hiring, training, and developing managers and staff members to deliver excellent performance and uphold company values. Ensuring adherence to service, product quality, and cleanliness standards is essential to sustaining an outstanding guest experience.
This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $77,500 annually, with an added monthly bonus incentive based on the restaurant’s performance, rewarding the General Manager's leadership and operational success. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service environment, possess an outgoing personality, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and have open availability to meet the demands of the position.
The General Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the profitability of the Fish Bar by efficiently managing resources, controlling costs, and maximizing sales opportunities. Their leadership fosters a cohesive, motivated team that consistently achieves operational goals. The role also includes managing the financial aspects of the unit, such as budgeting, payroll, and inventory control, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
