Job Description

Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021 and has quickly risen to become the largest Pizza Hut franchisee worldwide. In 2023, we significantly expanded our international presence by acquiring Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia, adding over 260 units to our portfolio. Today, Flynn Hut proudly operates more than 1,200 locations across two countries, with plans for continued growth through new store openings and strategic acquisitions of other franchise operators. As part of the esteemed Flynn Group, which was founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn, we are driven by a legacy of growth and excellence. Flynn Group holds the distinction of being the largest franchise operator in the world, managing a diverse array of restaurants from iconic world-class brands such as Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. Our primary mission is to be the premier operator within each of these brands by upholding our core values: caring genuinely for people, playing like a champion, and winning as one.

As a Pizza Hut Restaurant General Manager at Flynn Hut, you will have the unique opportunity to grow your career in a vibrant and supportive environment where making customers and employees feel like family is at the heart of everything we do. This role is designed for experienced leaders who excel in team management and possess a passion for hiring, training, and motivating others to achieve collective success. You will lead your team by fostering collaboration and dedication, focusing on essential areas such as restaurant goals, team development, food safety, profit and loss management, and marketing initiatives. This position offers a rewarding challenge, allowing you to refine your leadership skills while contributing directly to the success and expansion of a globally recognized brand.

At Pizza Hut with Flynn Hut, you will work alongside smart, eager, and experienced colleagues who are committed to excellence. Whether you come from a restaurant or retail management background, this is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your management career within an innovative and dynamic company. We provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to support your growth, accompanied by a workplace culture that values excitement, unique challenges, and a wide range of possibilities for career advancement. By joining us, you are stepping into a role that combines responsibility, creativity, and impact—where your leadership helps shape the guest experience and fosters a positive, inclusive work environment.

Flynn Group is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations and adjustments for individuals with disabilities to ensure accessibility throughout the application and employment process. If you need any accommodations, we encourage you to let us know. We look forward to welcoming passionate and talented individuals to join our premier team and share in our ongoing journey of growth and achievement.
