The available position is a full-time role focused on hotel management with responsibilities spanning operational oversight, team leadership, and guest services management. This role entails hiring, training, and supervising hotel staff, especially front desk agents, ensuring performance aligns with company standards through evaluations and coaching. The manager will be tasking with maintaining all hotel standards as set by both the brand and management company and will assist with scheduling, billing, and accounts receivable duties. Daily coordination of activities and special projects will fall under this position to ensure compliance with guest service standards, along with constant monitoring of payroll budgets to uphold financial targets. Handling guest complaints effectively, researching solutions, and promoting a positive guest experience are critical functions of this role. The hotel manager will also conduct staff meetings, coordinate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations, enforce adherence to policies, and oversee safety regulations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of customer service experience
- branded hotel experience
- previous supervisory or management experience highly recommended
- Ihg and/or Hotelkey experience highly recommended
- valid driver's license
- ability to read and interpret documents and manuals
- proficiency with computer systems
- excellent English communication skills
- ability to write reports and evaluations
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- physical ability to walk, climb stairs, kneel, reach, crawl, and lift up to 20 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Ihg and/or Hotelkey experience highly recommended
- previous front office supervisory or management experience in hotel setting highly recommended
- customer service experience of at least 1 year required
- branded hotel experience required

Job Duties
