Job Requirements
- at least 3 years restaurant management experience
- excellent communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
- serve safe food certification a plus
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- capacity to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- mobility to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- ability to safely bend, reach, carry and stoop
- must possess a run it like you own it mentality
Job Qualifications
- at least 3 years restaurant management experience
- excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management preferred
- serve safe food certification a plus
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- proven ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- knowledge of safety, sanitation and health regulations
- experience in staff training and development
- ability to manage profit and loss statements
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Duties

- oversees and schedules employees to meet sales demands

- promotes and leads cleanliness and sanitation standards
- performs routine maintenance and advises area director of repairs
- communicates with other managers daily and weekly
- ensures quality recruitment and referral of management candidates
- maintains a trained staff through orientation and training
- ensures continuous employee development through performance reviews and coaching
- ensures accurate staffing levels using detailed interviews
- partners with area director and human resources for staffing support
- documents and manages employee performance and disciplinary actions
- controls restaurant costs through management of profit and loss
- achieves objectives while operating within company guidelines and ethical practices
- completes other assigned duties and responsibilities
