We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our restaurant operations towards greater success.\n\nThe General Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and profit growth. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Familiarity with quick service restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and inventory control
- Understanding of food safety and health regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing
- Availability to work full-time
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry
- Familiarity with quick service fast-food restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership skills with a passion for training and developing team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and profit and loss statements
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a commitment to enhancing guest experiences
- Knowledge of food safety standards as well as local and state health regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to tolerate physical requirements of the position including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service
- Open and close restaurant and actively run shifts
- Actively coach and engage restaurant team to provide both professional and personal growth
- Control profit loss results by managing food and paper, labor and variable costs
- Forecast sales, create schedules, order and track inventory, complete daily, weekly and monthly paperwork
- Recruit, select, hire and train team members, shift managers and assistant general managers
- Review and analyze financial reports and execute appropriate actions for improvement
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and growth among staff
- Ensure all cash control, security, safety and employment law standards are met
- Oversee maintenance of all equipment, building and grounds to ensure a clean guest experience
- Support all company programs, brand standards and marketing plans and lead rollouts to the restaurant team
