The role of the General Manager at Chipotle offers an exciting and rewarding leadership opportunity within a rapidly expanding company that opens a restaurant nearly every day. General Managers are pivotal in leading their teams by hiring and developing talented individuals, fostering a winning culture, and managing the day-to-day operations of their restaurant. As leaders from the front lines, General Managers are responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by upholding high standards of excellence and hospitality, managing schedules, overseeing profit and loss, and driving sales through creative marketing and community engagement efforts.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $61,000 to $85,000 annually, supplemented by quarterly bonuses based on performance.
