Job Description
Gulf Coast Hotel Management is a dynamic and growing hospitality management company dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering professional growth within the hospitality industry. Known for its commitment to teamwork, respect, and accountability, the company supports its associates through leadership, resources, and extensive support to ensure both personal career advancement and organizational success. Gulf Coast Hotel Management combines a passion for operational excellence with a dedication to building a positive workplace culture where team members can thrive and contribute to the company’s overall mission and vision. As part of its expansion, Gulf Coast Hotel Management is involved in managing some of the most innovative and rapidly growing extended-stay hotel brands in the United States, including Wyndham's ECHO Suites extended-stay brand.
The position of General Manager at the new ECHO Suites Extended Stay hotel in Aurora, Colorado, represents a unique and exciting leadership opportunity within the extended-stay sector of the hospitality industry. This hotel features 124 rooms and is the first of several ECHO Suites by Wyndham properties currently in development throughout the Greater Denver metropolitan area. As the on-site leader, the General Manager will play a critical role in shaping the culture, guest experience, and operational success of this new hotel as well as contributing to the broader portfolio’s growth strategy.
This role demands a hands-on, results-driven leader who is passionate about operational excellence and delivering outstanding service. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires managing staffing, financial performance, and ensuring strict adherence to company and brand standards. The ideal candidate will lead by example, cultivating a positive and collaborative team atmosphere, and fostering an environment where associates feel valued and empowered.
By joining Gulf Coast Hotel Management and leading this new ECHO Suites location, the General Manager will become part of an innovative and expanding brand with vast potential for professional growth. This is a ground-level opportunity to influence the brand’s presence in Colorado’s hospitality market and help define service excellence standards that resonate across the company’s portfolio. It’s a chance to handle operational responsibilities with a strategic mindset, balancing guest experience enhancement with achieving key financial targets. The role includes eligibility for a quarterly bonus plan with potential earnings up to $3,000 per quarter, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding high performance.
Gulf Coast Hotel Management offers competitive benefits including health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, paid time off, company-paid holidays, and additional employee programs that enrich the overall work environment. For professionals passionate about the hotel industry, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a committed and supportive team while making a meaningful impact in the growing extended-stay market segment.
