The General Manager role at Over Easy is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to achieve excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, exempt position that demands a hands-on leader with exceptional organizational, decision-making, and communication skills. The General Manager will drive operational success by leading and developing the team while ensuring the restaurant consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences in a warm and energetic environment. Working days are primarily Friday through Tuesday, including peak weekend shifts, ensuring focused support where it matters most. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.

The role also entails community engagement, responding promptly to guest feedback, and handling employee relations and disciplinary actions professionally and effectively. The General Manager leads by example, maintaining a strong and consistent presence on the floor while fostering a fun and respectful culture where morale remains high. The position requires knowledge of systems like Paylocity, Restaurant365, Toast POS, and Office 365 to drive operational results and reporting accuracy. Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience with a team of 10 or more
- must maintain valid Certified Food Protection Manager and Title 4 Manager certifications
- strong attention to detail
- excellent leadership organizational and decision-making skills
- able to communicate clearly and effectively
- able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- maintains exceptional hygiene and grooming standards
- must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
