- Minimum 4 years in a leadership role

Job Duties
- Build a winning team by attracting, recruiting, training, and developing attendants, key holders, and an assistant general manager to foster a positive, team-oriented culture
- Lead daily operations including scheduling, managing labor costs, overseeing chemical inventory, equipment maintenance, and monitoring overall business performance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance guest satisfaction, and boost sales to drive business growth
- Uphold company policies and legal requirements by ensuring staff are trained on safety procedures and maintaining a secure, efficient work environment
- Manage employee relations including disciplinary actions, terminations, and recruitment, while ensuring administrative duties are completed accurately and timely
