As General Manager, you will be responsible for continuing the momentum already established, refining systems for scalability, and growing a workplace environment that is fun, respectful, and accountable. You will coach and develop assistant managers and staff through regular feedback and leadership, ensuring every member of the team is empowered to perform at their best. Beyond operational duties, you will be an active presence in the local Indianapolis community, supporting marketing initiatives, building relationships, and increasing the restaurant's local buzz to drive repeat business.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast, energetic environment where no two days are the same. You will set the tone for a friendly, fast, and unforgettable service experience, quickly address guest concerns to build loyalty, and partner with regional leaders to meet business goals. The position also calls for a tech-savvy manager comfortable with restaurant systems and Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of restaurant management experience, including two years in senior leadership, preferably with expertise in high-volume, full-service restaurants, Latin cuisine, or new store openings. Certifications such as ServSafe Manager and responsible alcohol service are required or must be obtainable.

Job Requirements

- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- 5+ years restaurant management experience
- 2+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record running high-volume, full-service restaurants
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials: budgeting, cost control, forecasting
- Leadership style that builds strong teams and drives results
- Confidence in real-time decision-making and problem-solving
- Tech savvy with restaurant systems and Microsoft Office
- Bonus: knowledge of Latin cuisine and/or experience with new store openings
- ServSafe Manager and responsible alcohol service certification or ability to obtain
