This full-time role offers an attractive salary range of $135,000 to $145,000 per year, reflecting the importance and scope of the responsibilities.

The General Manager will serve as a dynamic leader, inspiring and mentoring a diverse team to foster a culture grounded in collaboration, innovation, and accountability. This role demands setting clear and measurable expectations, guiding team members to deliver exceptional results and continuously enhancing the hotel’s service standards. Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field
