From a business perspective, the General Manager takes ownership of store performance by focusing on sales, profitability, inventory, and resource management, financial oversight, and operational excellence. The role also demands commitment to rigorous standards in food safety, sanitation, and health protocols.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.82 to $39.77, subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. It requires the flexibility to work overview hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
