The General Manager position at LifeWorks Restaurant Group is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing multiple site operations or multiple client contracts typically generating revenues between $2 million and $15 million or more. This role demands a dynamic operations manager who excels at both strategic oversight and hands-on execution of contracted services that may encompass food service, facility support, custodial, retail, lodging, transportation, and other operational domains. The General Manager is charged with aligning operational activities with client objectives, financial goals, and customer expectations while fostering a strong team culture and maintaining a safe, compliant workplace.

This position offers a competitive salaried compensation ranging from $115,000 to $125,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The General Manager will interface closely with clients and internal teams to ensure service excellence, financial performance, and continuous operational improvement. Key responsibilities include leading a management team and frontline staff, managing budgets in partnership with finance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving service innovation.
