The company is currently seeking full-time General Manager candidates who are eager to lead and grow within a dynamic restaurant environment. This role is pivotal to Wingstop's continued success and involves working closely with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing both front- and back-of-house teams. Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members in partnership with the District Manager
  • managing team performance including coaching, counseling, disciplining team members
  • communicating job expectations and reviewing employee performance
  • ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • communicating operational and human resource issues with District Manager in a timely manner
  • performing regular restaurant inspections to meet standards
  • tracking inventory and labor accurately
  • resolving food preparation and customer service issues professionally
  • maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation and safety standards
  • complying with health and legal regulations
  • accomplishing company goals by accepting ownership of responsibilities and exploring opportunities to add value to the role
