The role of Hotel General Manager is critical to the ongoing success of the WoodSpring Suites location. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day hotel operations and provide dynamic, hands-on leadership to a team of 6-12 staff members. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel management
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours when necessary
