We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel General Manager (GM) to lead all aspects of our hotel operations. This is a full-time position requiring 24/7 availability to ensure that all departments perform at their best and adhere to our standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the hotel, driving financial results, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading a diverse team. This hands-on leadership role demands a proactive and self-starting individual who can uphold and promote our mission and values while managing operational excellence. Reporting to senior leadership, the GM will be instrumental in developing strategies that support the hotel's growth and profitability. Compensation for this position is $70,000 annually. This role is classified under the director level in seniority and involves extensive management responsibilities across multiple departments, including hospitality and manufacturing functions related to hotel operation. The GM will also focus on team development, ensuring employees are well-trained and motivated to deliver outstanding service. Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management roles
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
