Established with a passion for bold flavors and customer satisfaction, the company has expanded extensively across various regions, drawing in a diverse clientele who return for its signature wing flavors and outstanding service. Wingstop is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment where team members can thrive, learn, and advance in their careers. The company strongly believes in promoting from within, offering structured training programs and performance-based growth opportunities to motivated individuals who are passionate about hospitality and leadership.
We are currently seeking career-minded, motivated individuals to join our team as restaurant managers. This position is designed for leaders who possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to build and manage a cohesive team that works together to enhance profits, deliver superior service, and maintain the highest standards in the business. As a manager at Wingstop, you will serve as both a role model and a leader, setting the tone for a fun and family-friendly environment in our restaurants. This role offers a stable work environment and flexible schedules aimed at providing a quality work-life balance.
The managerial position includes a generous compensation package featuring a paid structured training program, vacation and sick leave, direct deposit services, a retention bonus, and limitless opportunities for growth and personal development based on performance. The role focuses deeply on offering a remarkable guest experience by ensuring that every team member embodies positivity and professionalism when interacting with customers. Managers must greet guests promptly, resolve guest inquiries and issues efficiently, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression. Financial management responsibilities entail controlling cash, property, product, and equipment while strategically boosting sales and managing labor and food costs.
Operational management is a key component, requiring managers to uphold operational standards and ensure maintenance aligns with Wingstop’s company standards. Communication is critical; managers must effectively relay information from upper management to all staff members. The role also involves coaching, mentoring, and developing team members using company-provided tools to maintain a high-performing restaurant team. Additionally, managers ensure compliance with risk management policies and leverage support from the Restaurant Support Center. Candidates who have a genuine desire to serve guests, possess strong work ethic, and demonstrate organization, detail orientation, and ongoing self-improvement are highly valued. If you are passionate about hospitality and ready to take on a leadership role in a thriving restaurant environment, Wingstop offers an outstanding platform to grow and excel.
