Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years current experience in casual restaurant industry
  • Previous deli or food service management role preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Servsafe License preferred or able to obtain
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Well groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards
  • Positive and friendly attitude toward guests
  • Able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in casual restaurant industry
  • Experience in deli or food service management preferred
  • Previous roles in hotel catering, coffee service, banquet operations, assistant management, food production, or bartending is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or bachelor degree preferred
  • Servsafe License preferred or ability to obtain and maintain
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring safety, quality, and compliance
  • Lead and develop team members to achieve high performance
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
  • Control inventory and operational costs
