Job Requirements

  • Must have previous general manager experience in a full-service restaurant with full bar
  • Must possess computer knowledge including Excel, Windows, and POS systems
  • Be results driven, trustworthy, and team oriented
  • Ability to engage and develop team members and coach in accordance with company policies
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and focus on creating excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Physical ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs
  • Proven track record of growing a team and demonstrating business acumen managing multi-million dollar restaurant business
  • Completion of pre-employment screening including criminal background check and verifiable employment references required
