The role of General Manager at The Scarlet is a leadership position that demands a dynamic and visionary individual passionate about boutique hospitality. The General Manager will serve as the strategic and cultural leader of the hotel, guiding all facets of operations including guest services, rooms, food and beverage, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources. Job Requirements

  • education at bachelor's degree level preferred
  • minimum of 3 years' experience as a hotel general manager
  • experience in lifestyle or boutique hotel segment preferred
  • strong leadership skills
  • financial management experience including budgeting and forecasting
  • excellent communication skills
  • strategic thinking ability
  • passion for guest service
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years of experience as a hotel general manager, preferably within the lifestyle or boutique hotel segment
  • proven success leading high-performing teams and driving operational and financial results
  • strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, revenue, and expenses
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels

Job Duties
