The General Manager will act as the strategic mastermind and on-site leader, responsible for overall property performance and culture. This includes managing all facets of hotel operations — from maintenance and guest services to financial management and team leadership. The General Manager must develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, ensure budgetary control, oversee profit and loss, and drive local sales execution to maximize occupancy.
In addition to financial stewardship, the General Manager will lead, supervise, and motivate the hotel team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high employee performance through coaching and performance management. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Execute full property oversight
- Drive financial results including P&L management, budget control, and daily bank deposits
- Lead and coach the team including managing schedules and performance management
- Ensure quality and guest experience with daily inspection of vacant rooms
- Uphold brand standards and corporate alignment through weekly reports and participation in calls
