This particular role is for a General Manager position at WenJAI's Wendy's restaurant located at 1501 George Dieter Drive, El Paso, TX. As a General Manager, you will be the visionary leader responsible for steering the restaurant’s daily operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly influence the team dynamic, ensuring that all crew, shift supervisors, and assistant managers are motivated to exceed customer expectations.
