The Restaurant Management Team role at Fired Pie is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all people, guest, safety, quality, and financial aspects of the restaurant. Managers lead the hiring, training, coaching, and development of restaurant associates, ensuring compliance with food safety and restaurant safety standards at all times to protect both guests and team members.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in restaurant or foodservice preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Capability to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead all people aspects of a restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development
- Ensure the safety of guests and associates through training and food and restaurant safety standards execution
- Lead guest experience components including food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and cleanliness
- Lead financial areas including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
- Apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures, and practices used in the unit
- Understand how the unit relates to and impacts company values
- Seek information on trends affecting the food service industry
