The Restaurant Management Team at Fired Pie plays a critical role in sustaining the brand’s success by leading the operational and people aspects of the restaurant. Managers are responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and developing team members to build a motivated and high-performing crew. They are entrusted with ensuring guest and associate safety by enforcing strict food safety and restaurant guidelines. This role demands a leader who can maintain the highest standards in food quality, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness through effective team management and adherence to proven systems. Financial stewardship is also a key focus, as managers oversee sales growth, cost control, and profit achievement to drive the restaurant’s business forward.
Successful candidates in this role must also apply thorough knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures, understanding how their unit contributes to and aligns with Fired Pie’s core values. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in restaurant or foodservice management preferred
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work in a hot, noisy environment and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Lead all people aspects of a Fired Pie restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development
- Ensure the safety of guests and associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
- Lead all guest components of a restaurant including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness through your team using proven systems and routines
- Lead all financial areas of a restaurant including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
- Apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices utilized within the unit
- Understand ways in which the unit relates to and impacts P.I.E.
- Seek information regarding trends affecting food service industry
