The Management Team at Fired Pie plays a crucial role in the success of each restaurant location. Responsibilities encompass leading all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, coaching, and team development. Managers ensure the safety of guests and associates by enforcing food safety and restaurant safety standards. Job Requirements

  • high school or GED required
  • proven leadership experience in a fast casual or restaurant management setting preferred
  • ability to enforce food safety and restaurant safety standards
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • lead all people aspects of a Fired Pie restaurant including hiring, training, coaching, and development
  • ensure the safety of guests and associates through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
  • lead all guest components including excellent food quality, guest service, associate friendliness, and restaurant cleanliness through proven systems and routines
  • lead all financial areas including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth
  • apply thorough knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices utilized within the unit managed
  • understand ways in which the unit relates to and impacts P.I.E.
  • seek information regarding trends affecting the food service industry
