Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, or resort management
- Proven ability to manage and develop a diverse multi-disciplinary team
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in MS Office and club management software
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Executive leadership experience within luxury resorts, destination clubs, private clubs, five-star hospitality organizations, or integrated hospitality environments
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-department operations with exceptional service standards

Job Duties
- Serve as the principal steward of the Champions Retreat brand, reputation, and member experience
- Establish and execute a long-term strategic vision positioning the club among premier private destinations
- Partner with corporate leadership on strategic planning, capital investments, growth initiatives, and market positioning
- Champion a culture of excellence honoring tradition while embracing innovation
- Ensure all experiences, amenities, facilities, and service standards reflect a luxury hospitality mindset
- Curate and oversee a highly personalized service culture that exceeds expectations
- Maintain a visible presence, actively engaging with members, guests, partners, and team members
- Lead integration of lodging, culinary, wellness, recreation, and social experiences into a seamless luxury lifestyle offering
- Establish service standards and operating philosophies comparable to leading luxury organizations
- Build and sustain a culture recognized for service excellence, accountability, professionalism, and employee engagement
- Recruit, mentor, and develop exceptional leadership talent
